What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert mortgage knowledge and advice to mortgage renewal customers through proactive contact
- Manage assigned renewal leads by assessing customer financial needs and presenting mortgage retention offers
- Identify and act on opportunities to deepen client relationships with additional financial solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by executing the Customer Experience Model (CEM)
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory activities, and Bank security procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products, including policy and process
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry or related field
- Post-secondary degree in business/finance or a related field (considered an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and E-Signature
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience leading virtual advice discussions and assisting customers with virtual meetings
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
