Join to apply for the Virtual Monitoring Attendant - FT Days role at Trinity Health Of New England.

Trinity Health of New England is looking for a Virtual Monitoring Attendant (VMA) to join our team. This onsite role involves continuous remote monitoring of patients via camera, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain visual observation of up to 12 patients at all times, monitoring behaviors and movements.
  2. Use a digital 2-way audio device to verbally redirect patients and summon nursing staff when assistance is required.
  3. Support the patient's care plan through virtual monitoring.
  4. Document incidents and report any threats or safety concerns.
  5. Communicate professionally with colleagues and patients.
Schedule and Environment
  • Location: St. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT
  • Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12-hour day shifts (7AM-7:30PM), every other weekend, rotating holidays
  • Work environment: 24/7, rain or shine
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Healthcare experience preferred
