Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
• If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish.
• One of AFC/CFP/ChFC certifications required.
• Be able to obtain a Tier 2 investigation.
• Must pass OCI disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families.
• Develop and deliver financial management classes/workshops.
• Assist in creating spending plans for extended absences.
• Coordinate with installation points of contact to ensure program scope.
• Use virtual counseling and other secure communications as needed.
• Follow DoD protocol and participate in supervision.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
