We’re expanding access to virtual mental health services and looking for licensed therapists to join our team. If you’re committed to making mental health care more accessible and effective, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support clients remotely while working with a collaborative care team.

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment strategies.
  • Ensure timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to create and modify care plans.
  • Address urgent mental health concerns with effective crisis intervention techniques.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting.
  • Ability to work independently while managing client caseloads effectively.
  • Strong proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems.
