Zusammenfassung

Pomelo Care is recruiting for a menopause care specialist to conduct synchronous video visits in Pennsylvania. You will assess symptoms, develop and adjust hormone therapy and GLP-1 regimens, and maintain meticulous documentation while adhering to privacy and clinical standards.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with flexible hours and no employee benefits. A PA license is required, along with 3+ years of menopause care experience and strong clinical judgment for independent patient

Qualifikationen

• An active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits.

Aufgaben

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo.
