Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a virtual consultant to assess client needs, present options, and maintain relationship after the initial meeting. You will handle admin tasks such as notes, appointments, and CRM hygiene, and operate with the current tech stack in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include staffing a qualified-interest pipeline, participating in Zoom interviews, and contributing to ongoing training. This role offers work-from-home flexibility with performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and coachable, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable on camera and able to present options clearly.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM and note-taking is a plus.
