Qualifications

• High empathy paired with structured accountability is required.
• Experience in managing a caseload is crucial.
• Understanding of device data like HR and HRV is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain structured communication via in-app messaging.
• Interpret wearable data and translate it into personalized coaching.

Skills

Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC (or exam-enrolled)

Fitness or nutrition certification: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM)

At least one year of virtual coaching experience

Skill in managing a caseload

Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep data

High empathy with structured accountability
