Position Overview

As a Virtual Itinerary Coordinator, you will support clients by organizing customized travel plans. This role involves researching destinations, booking accommodations, coordinating transportation, and assembling detailed itineraries tailored to individual preferences and budgets.

You'll serve as the client's main point of contact from inquiry to trip completion, ensuring a smooth, stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify travel goals, budget, and preferences

  • Research and book flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation

  • Create personalized, visually organized digital itineraries

  • Maintain communication with clients before and during travel to assist with questions or changes

  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and travel safety protocols

  • Enter and maintain accurate client data in CRM and booking systems

Qualifications
