The Virtual Interviewer RN is responsible for performing virtual interviews and collecting information for clients who have applied for insurance coverage. The schedule is Mon-Fri 9a-6p, with one day working 10a-7p CST.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews for insurance applicants or claimants in a quiet, professional environment.
• Receive calls from Assessment Services Call Center to complete interviews with Long Term Care applicants using a pre-determined script.
• Collect accurate documentation on client’s health history and care needs, asking follow-up questions as needed.
• Enter data and document history and lifestyle information essential to Underwriting and Claims processes, using scripted follow-up questions.
• Refocus clients or contacts on required information tactfully when necessary.
• Complete all interviews timely, following department guidelines.
• Submit documents for review by Underwriting or insurance carrier.
• Handle technical and complex intake calls.
• Uphold compliance principles as outlined in company policies and participate in mandatory training.
• Meet quality and production expectations set by the department.
• Attend departmental and organizational meetings as required.
