Texas Health Plano Hospital is hosting a Virtual Interview Hiring Event for Emergency RN roles. Video interviews are by appointment. Join a Level II trauma, fast-paced, high-volume ED and become part of a cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Shifts include nights with weekend/holiday requirements; self-scheduling supports work-life balance and offers opportunities for education and career growth. Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma required.
• One year of emergency nursing experience preferred or RN residency completion.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• TNCC training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Level II trauma ED.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to CLIA regulations and hospital policies.

Emergency RN Job Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
• BSN preferred.
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
• One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
• One year of Emergency experience in an emergency setting
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required AND
• BCLS -Basic Cardiac Life Support -Prior to providing independent patient care & maintained quarterly—required
• ACLS-Advance Cardiac Life Support- within 90 days required
• PALS-Pediatric Advance Life Support- within in 90 days required
• TNCC-Trauma Nursing Core Course –within 12 months required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 60 Days Required
