Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staff Physical Therapist, per diem - Ambulatory Care Center / Outpatient.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform initial assessments and evaluations of physical therapy needs for assigned patient populations.
• Implement treatment plans and protocols according to current standards, establishing achievable goals with patients and families.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, adhering to departmental and accreditation standards.
• Participate in clinical education of students and other professional development activities.
• Maintain a certain level of patient care productivity as indicated by unit procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR/AED certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
