What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze patient CT scans and process data using 3D CAD software to create pre-operative surgical plans
- Assemble and calibrate instruments based on physician-approved pre-operative plans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders for surgeries
- Communicate effectively with account managers and surgeons regarding anatomical landmarks and implant placements
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure conformance with standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 1 year of equivalent related work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with 3D CAD software is a plus
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with basic CAD principles, theories, and concepts (SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of industry practices and standards for surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Experience in processing CT scans, including thresholding and segmentation
- Ability to work closely with manufacturing and 3D printing vendors for process improvement
