Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, seeks dedicated and passionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team.

Located in Forest Lake near North Shore Dr, Birchwood Health Care Center has been serving seniors since 1979. We specialize in TCU (Transitional Care Unit) and Long-Term Care, and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit organization supporting seniors.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time or Part-time positions available, with PM or NOC shifts
  • RN Wage: $37.50-$42.50/hour
  • LPN Wage: $29.50-$35.00/hour
  • Shift Differential: $2.00 for PMs & $2.50 for NOCs
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 for FT, $1,250 for PT (applicable to PM & NOC shifts)
Responsibilities

If you are compassionate and passionate about enriching lives, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! As an RN, you will oversee nursing care, coordinate services, and ensure quality standards are met, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Your duties include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating nursing care through rounds
  • Ensuring proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments
  • Supporting staffing plans and schedules based on resident needs
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid state licensure as RN or LPN
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email usage
