Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment.

You will conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions, articulate clinical benefits to HCPs, and strengthen relationships with office staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Demonstrated success in lead-generation with virtual education sessions preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics.
• Strong CRM proficiency.
