Key Responsibilities:Provide independent paralegal support to clients.
Maintain timely communication between 9 AM and 6 PM ET.
Work remotely with flexible hours (20-40 hours per week).
Assist in at least two areas of Florida law.
3+ years of experience in a law firm.
Skilled in at least two areas of Florida law.
Tech-savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based legal software (e.g., Clio).
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent time management.
Comfortable working remotely, with a Windows laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet.

Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in Florida.
Proficiency in cloud-based legal practice management systems (e.g., Clio or MyCase).
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Google Suite and Adobe PDF tools (including bookmarks).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with engagement letters, client invoicing, document review, correspondence, and drafting form motions.
Ability to make and respond to calls professionally between 9 AM and 6 PM ET.
Remote work readiness: Own laptop, smartphone, broadband internet, and a quiet workspace.
