- Provide administrative support for marketing team initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
- Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and files
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and team communications
- Support data entry and basic reporting for marketing metrics
- Help prepare marketing presentations and documents
- Manage and organize email communications
- Assist with basic market research and data compilation
- Support calendar management for marketing team members
- Help track project deadlines and marketing campaign timelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong multitasking capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Basic project management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work during Chicago business hours
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus
