Virtual Earth Science Educator (New York State Certified)

Join our team as a Virtual Earth Science Educator. This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position requiring a New York State professional teaching license in Earth Science and authorization to work in the U.S. The pay rate is $30-$36 per hour, negotiable, and subject to change.

As an educator with Fullmind, you'll have access to our educator portal to select jobs aligned with your certification, based on availability from our school and district partners. This role involves delivering virtual instruction, engaging students, creating lesson plans, and monitoring student performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Accessing and selecting jobs via our educator portal
• Promoting creativity and excitement in virtual learning
• Developing strategies to engage and nurture students
• Creating curriculum-aligned lesson plans
• Tracking student grades and performance

Minimum Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid NY State teaching license in Earth Science
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Reliable internet, a laptop or desktop, webcam, and headset
• Completion of a virtual teaching demonstration and background check
• At least 3 years of professional teaching experience; online teaching experience is a plus
