Virtual Development Trainer – Lead Live Virtual Training & Help Insurance Agencies Grow!

Are you a dynamic trainer with a passion for coaching insurance professionals? Have experience as a carrier trainer, network trainer, or training insurance agents on growth strategies? If so, Agency Performance Partners (APP) wants YOU to help revolutionize live virtual training for agencies nationwide!

As a Virtual Development Trainer, you'll lead engaging live virtual group training for insurance professionals, helping them master efficiency, retention, sales, and leadership strategies. You’ll ensure high-impact learning experiences from onboarding to program completion, while also assisting with marketing webinars and content development for APP’s Agency School.

This role is key to a new revenue stream — bridging the gap between our self-paced Agency School and high-touch consulting programs. You'll help agencies onboard new hires, retrain team members, and provide customized group training for masterminds, networks, and aggregators.

This is a remote work from home position. The best candidate will have a quiet distraction-free place to work.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Insurance Training Experience: You’ve trained agents at a carrier, network, or agency and know how to teach growth strategies
  • Virtual Training Rockstar: You keep learners engaged, using interactive strategies, polls, and real-world applications
  • Self-Motivated & High-Energy: You can manage multiple sessions, follow-ups, and student engagement simultaneously
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You ensure smooth sessions— no tech hiccups!
  • Sales-Minded Approach: You understand that great training leads to renewals, referrals, and upsells
  • Commitment to Excellence: You thrive on delivering WOW experiences and helping clients succeed

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver live, interactive virtual training for insurance professionals (10-week sessions, 8-15 students per class)
  • Ensure students engage with videos, quizzes, and homework before attending sessions
  • Conduct webinars & marketing presentations to attract new APP clients
  • Convert training students into long-term APP clients (renewals, upsells, consulting programs)
  • Build onboarding processes & WOW experiences for new students
  • Create a feedback loop with agency leadership to report progress & engagement
  • Develop new training content, process packs, and course materials
  • Track and improve student performance metrics & training effectiveness
  • Help train and mentor Junior Performance Partners before they move into consulting roles

Utilize a Learning Management System to fully engage with our students.

Virtual Training Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Measure client satisfaction

80%+ student retention into next program or additional team member enrollment
