Pay range: $68,000 to $93,500+ benefits, based on experience and education. The posted range reflects our current willingness to pay, considering skills, training, and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

• Complete conceptual design packages using design software, following standards and best practices.
• Recommend electrical and automation practices based on past projects, codes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project leaders to resolve issues and present solutions.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and teams via onsite or virtual meetings to review scope, schedules, and prefabrication opportunities.
• Mentor team members through delegation, review, and feedback.
• Define project scope and establish delivery schedules.
• Assess risks and opportunities to implement design strategies with VDC software.
• Communicate project updates to all stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide input on design standards.
• Review impacts of prefabrication/modeling on projects and ROI.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and construction to meet schedules.
