  1. Accurately input and update data in company systems and databases.
  2. Manage and organize scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.

  4. Assist with general administrative tasks, document management, and record keeping.
  5. Coordinate travel-related details, including itinerary updates, bookings, and confirmations.
  6. Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide scheduling and travel-related support.
  8. Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain efficiency in remote work.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
  2. Previous experience in data entry, customer service, travel coordination, or scheduling is a plus.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
