Job description

• Enjoy a flexible work schedule from home, working between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Complete a fast 20-hour certification to qualify for the role.
• Assist TurboTax customers with questions related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and simple tax inquiries. Continuous support will be provided.
• Earn $18.50 per hour, with a Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th, available for unlimited hours, with a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th-15th to qualify.
• Receive a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert, which takes 3 days.
• Build your own schedule with a minimum of 30 hours per week; more hours are welcome.
• Get support from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) during live calls.
