What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Retain business customers by managing accounts and driving sales through solution-based selling over the phone
- Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and document interactions in the client management system
- Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact
- Work collaboratively to minimize customer downgrades and cancellations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or customer service
- Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in a sales funnel and selling telecommunications or wireless products is strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in selling Comcast Business Mobile or similar wireless services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a previous role
- Strong technical knowledge related to media and technology products
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and customer needs
