Stellar Virtual seeks a Secondary Teacher, CTE - Education & Training (9-12), to deliver standards-aligned, virtual instruction preparing students for education and training careers. The role emphasizes leadership, instructional delivery, and strong use of technology in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has expertise in virtual teaching methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire students in a fully online environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Valid teaching license or Career and Technical Education (CTE) authorization for teaching Education & Training in Arizona or Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CTE endorsement or verified occupational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt curriculum materials aligned with state standards and career pathway expectations.
• Foster inclusive online learning environment that promotes engagement and career readiness.
• Deliver engaging CTE instruction using multimedia resources and project-based learning.
• Participate in live sessions and prepare recorded instructional activities with Department Chair support.
• Design, administer, and assess student assignments, projects, and exams.
• Provide timely feedback to support student growth and readiness.
• Support students needing academic assistance and maintain family communications.
• Stay informed on Education & Training pathway developments and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with colleagues.
