Careers In Travel | Destination Pros is seeking a Virtual Cruise Booking Agent to help clients select, book, and manage cruise vacations from home. This remote role requires strong communication, sales skills, and attention to detail to tailor itineraries to client preferences and budgets.

You will guide customers on destinations, ship amenities, and policies, process bookings and payments, and upsell services such as excursions and insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for planning vacations.
• Proficiency with online booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• CLIA certification is a plus.
