If you are an experienced and detail-oriented Credentialing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, this opportunity is for you!
- Credentialing Experience: Minimum of 2 years handling provider credentialing and privileging processes, preferably in a multi-site or surgical setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and commercial payer requirements.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using credentialing software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Compliance-Oriented: Strong understanding of accreditation standards (AAAHC, Joint Commission, or NCQA).
- Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple credentialing timelines across states and specialties.
- Strong Communicator: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: CPCS or CPMSM certification (or working toward it); experience with payer enrollment portals.
- Manage credentialing and recredentialing processes for providers across all IBI Healthcare locations.
- Verify provider credentials including licensure, board certifications, education, and employment history.
- Complete and track payer enrollment and revalidation applications (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
- Maintain accurate and updated provider files and credentialing trackers.
- Monitor credential expirations and ensure timely renewals.
- Work closely with HR, Billing, and Compliance teams to support provider onboarding and readiness.
- Prepare for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of credentialing workflows and documentation standards.
