Fullmind is seeking qualified educators to join a remote, contract educator pool. This 1099 opportunity lets you select openings matching your certification with immediate start dates based on placements.

You will teach via the district’s virtual platform, develop lesson plans aligned with curricula, and track student progress. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, a state teaching cert, and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Computer Science Teacher New Jersey Certification is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.

• Teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
• Must participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.

Job description

$40 per hour.Rates are negotiable and subject to change.

Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:22am - 12:06 pm EST

Valid Computer Science Teacher New Jersey Certification is required.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.

• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
