This remote, home-based role emphasizes clear communication, organized note-taking in our CRM, and a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Confident, friendly communicator in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working in a work-from-home setting.
• People-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous sales, appointment setting, or client-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide clients through initial questions.
• Engage in conversations to uncover client needs and goals.
