Indiana University Health Department of Rheumatology is seeking a
Virtual Care or
Telehealth Rheumatologist to join a new, first of its kind program, delivering care to our patients across Indiana. If you are experienced with Virtual Care or Telehealth, have a strong interest in helping build a new program, and have innovative thinking skills, this role is a perfect fit!
Employment Details:- Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
- Cerner electronic medical record with Teladoc platform (will transition to Epic & Epic Virtual Health in 2027)
Key Responsibilities:- Be a part of building a virtual Rheumatologist program; delivering inpatient and outpatient care, and guiding the development of protocols and guidelines
- All patient care will be delivered virtually in collaboration with highly skilled clinicians
- Confidently can apply clinical skills via telehealth
Qualifications:- Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Experienced with Virtual Care or Telehealth
- Interested in graduating Fellows and practicing Physicians
- *Must be able to obtain licensure in Indiana*
Compensation Details:- Comprehensive benefits package includes group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, CME and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage
