What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inbound telesales to small-to-medium business customers, meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software daily
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to resolution or appropriate escalation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the employer in a professional manner
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills
- Experience in wireless services is strongly preferred
