Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of telephone and business etiquette.
• Basic PC operation - Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Basic telephone system operation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to function well as a team player and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally with a Customer Obsession attitude.
• Operate and handle inquiries through an ITM.
• Provide information or referrals about bank products and services.
• Open, close and maintain accounts.
• Build relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Provide accurate information based on product knowledge.
• Support Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and other services.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain professional bank image and comply with policies and regulations.
• Perform clerical duties and support internal/external partners.
