Get ready for an exhilarating role as a Virtual Banker, where you'll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. As a Virtual Banker, you'll work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to ensure our clients' banking needs are met with precision and efficiency. Each client interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the bond between the bank and the client, all while living up to First Horizon's brand promise of Understanding in Action.

  • Swiftly respond to client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Tackle client service inquiries and issues right from the first call.
  • Help clients understand the fundamentals and benefits of the products and services we offer.
  • Spot any issues that negatively impact the client experience and escalate them through the appropriate channels.

Education/Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Shifts:

  • Shifts starting from 7am through 1:30pm Monday through Friday; Saturday shifts are required

Training Schedule:

  • 8 weeks duration - Week 1-3: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Week 4-7: Work assigned scheduled shift; Week 8: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Week 9: Work assigned scheduled shift
