What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform virtual audits on Workers Compensation and General Liability policies to ensure accurate earned premium calculations
- Validate premium classifications and compliance with regulatory agencies and company procedures
- Identify and resolve policy-rating issues and audit discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients throughout the audit lifecycle
- Conduct scheduled check-ins with account personnel and review audit results with relevant stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of premium audit experience
- Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred or actively working towards it
