Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director of Digital Quality Compliance to own and advance Quality digital capabilities. You will oversee SAP, Veeva, LIMS, DocuSign and analytics dashboards, partnering with IT to deliver validated, compliant solutions across the global organization.

You will translate quality needs into scalable requirements, drive roadmaps, ensure data integrity and governance, and lead cross-functional governance forums to enable inspection readiness and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years in Quality or related roles within biotech/pharma with GxP data domain knowledge.
5+ years with SAP in a Quality context including QM or related modules and integrations with LIMS/MES/QMS.
7+ years with Veeva Vault Quality or similar QMS technology.
Understanding of ERP/LIMS/MES systems and data governance in regulated environments.
Experience with Quality Risk Management (ICH Q9) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-year roadmap development for Quality digital capabilities (SAP, Veeva, LIMS).
Drive prioritization and delivery through governance forums with IT and stakeholders.
Provide business ownership for QA/QC digital capabilities and ensure validated, compliant operations.
