Virtual Assistant with 3 Years Experience - Hourly

You are a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have a background in social media management, online marketing, light graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with AI tools (training provided).

This role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.

You will learn a lot about AI, and some experience in the AI field is expected.

Work Schedule: If hired, you will work from approximately 6 or 7 PM Philippine time, with 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and post on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Light video editing using CapCut or similar software; experience with CapCut is a plus.
  • Manage YouTube accounts for marketing purposes.
  • Conduct keyword research and generate engaging, SEO-optimized blog content for the target audience.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and follow up accordingly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Own a computer setup (computer, headphones, microphone, camera) and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 MB download and upload).
  • Preferably 2-3+ years of full-time Virtual Assistant experience with an English-speaking company.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Teams, or WhatsApp.
  • Experience with CapCut or other video editing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (no coding required).
  • Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility.

Compensation:

  • Based on experience and interview performance.
