Dental Virtual Assistant – Insurance

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and growth potential? Look no further!

Location: Remote

Coolblue VA is expanding our team and seeking a skilled Dental Virtual Assistant to help us provide outstanding service and support to our clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant for at least one year or experience working in a BPO/VA agency handling U.S. dental insurance for at least one year

• Hands-on experience with U.S. dental insurance is a must

• Familiarity with U.S. dental software and administrative tasks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Amenable to start at a $3.5/hr starting salary

• Applicants with local dental assistant or dental medicine backgrounds will NOT BE CONSIDERED

Device Requirements:

• Must have a primary work device (desktop or laptop) with at least an Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB of RAM

• An extra monitor is required for dual-screen setup

• A backup device with the same minimum specs (Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM) is required

• MacBooks are not allowed

Internet & Power Requirements:

• A stable primary and backup internet connection is required

• Must have a power backup (UPS, generator, backup laptop, or any alternative power source)
