360VA is hiring on behalf of a Texas-based medical clinic in need of a proactive and professional Virtual Assistant to support their team remotely.

If you're highly organised, fluent in both English and Spanish, and have experience handling front-office tasks in a healthcare or fast-paced admin environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Virtual Assistant supporting a busy doctor’s clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, fully remote position working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST).

• Answering incoming patient calls professionally and promptly
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Contacting patients regarding appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Supporting with general administrative duties
• Assisting with pre-authorizations and insurance-related tasks
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Based in a compatible time zone to work CST hours (ideally in the US based)
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare admin role preferred
• Tech-savvy with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, compassionate, and able to work independently
