This is a full-time remote position. The candidate must be able to work according to North American time zones (primarily EST), which may involve evening and late-night shifts in India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily administrative tasks such as data research, responding to customer emails, and researching specific topics and projects.
• Cold Outreach (email and social media) to prospects and partners in the USA.
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and engagement.
• Support live webinars and virtual events as part of event coordination.
• Be an avid internet user, skilled in data mining, data collection, data analysis, and market/internet research.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in business, engineering, or commerce.
• An MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
