The Client is a Certified Dyslexia Specialist teaching students with dyslexia across the United States.
Administrative Support:
● Assist with student onboarding, ensuring all documents and processes are completed.
● Maintain and update the student portal.
● Prepare and send contracts for new clients.
● Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal processes.
● Help with scheduling and organizing instructors’ onboarding and training.
● Manage and respond to texts or messages for business communication.
● Familiarity with AI-based tools.
Marketing & Outreach Support (Nice to Have):
● Assist with vetting candidates and potential leads for business growth.
● Help with basic graphic design (creating workbooks and simple marketing materials in Canva).
● Support Facebook ad management (optional, training available).
Technology & AI Support (Nice to Have):
● Work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SimpleTalk, AI-powered ad tools) to streamline processes.
● Identify and implement AI-based automation to improve efficiency.
● Assist with GoHighLevel CRM (preferred but not required).
● Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant experience, or similar role.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Ability to take initiative and improve workflows.
● Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to learn).
● Basic understanding of AI tools and automation (or a willingness to explore them).
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
