Consultant Virtual Assistants (Americas) - Resource are expected to work on shift @ GMT-3/GMT-4 time zone
What you will do
- Participate in business-facing activities such as presenting current solutions, conducting workshops to understand requirements, and participating in business development efforts.
- Lead the design and deployment of virtual/voice assistants to address complex business challenges and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional international teams to design and implement virtual/voice assistants.
- Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements.
- Understand and analyse business requests.
- Maintain effective relationship with business teams, understand their priorities and new requirements for existing business automations.
- Create and maintain communication bridge between business teams, SMEs and teams of technical experts located globally.
- Customer and stakeholder management, change management, and deployment support.
- Act as the regional point of contact for all business requests (new functionalities or customization), providing regular updates to project manager on project progress, risks, and issues.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience of 5+ years in consulting on IT customer projects in a fast-paced global environment.
- 3+ years of experience with consultancy/business analysis of virtual/voice assistants.
- Ability to work in GMT-3/GMT-4 time zone.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application developers and testers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse global teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile delivery environment.
- Degree in IT or relevant field; M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus.
- These certifications would be a plus: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Prince 2 Agile or PMP.
- Experience in handling external & internal stakeholders and ability to convey technological capabilities of Virtual/Voice Assistants to business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate, as well as managerial / business and tech environments.
- Ability to work with maximum autonomy and deliver high quality results.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present, read and write details to technical and nontechnical audience in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during projects.
- Experience with Google DialogFlow ES would be a plus.
- Knowledge of telephony systems (Avaya or Genesys) would be a plus.
