Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant located in San Diego, CA. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with guests, assisting with dynamic pricing and marketing efforts, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes maintaining stellar guest services and providing top-notch support to property owners. Effective communication with internal teams and external clients will be key to success in this role. 48 Hours per week, paid training.

Qualifications
  • Administrative skills including organization, scheduling, and task management
  • Customer service abilities and effective communication with guests and property owners
  • Experience in pricing optimization, marketing strategies, and promotional activities
  • Maintenance coordination and regulatory compliance skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and software for property management
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Experience using Guesty PMS preferred, AirBnb experience required.
