Job Description:

Professional strategic advisory and consulting firm seeks a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Core Duties: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning), multi-disciplinary and comprehensive day-to-day office management, basic bookkeeping, and coordination of senior executive schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating video/voice conference calls on behalf of CEO and clients, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing documents and reports, and client relations.

  • Coordination of the executive schedules including internal and external obligations
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls, handling communication and travel arrangements, and processing related functions and documentations
  • Coordination and prioritization of the executives’ daily appointments and business obligations
  • Performs other related project assistance and client service functions as required
  • Assist executives with project management related tasks, assignments and deliverables

Key Competencies Include: Self-starting, detail-oriented professional with superior multi-tasking capabilities and ability to use independent judgment to manage multiple schedules, competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and project/support staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, research, word processing and writing ability
  • Trusted, reliable team player comfortable working with confidential and sensitive materials
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows Operating Systems, and willingness to learn new applications
  • Experience in completing expense reports using internal and client templates (Excel/Word)
  • Experience in social media networking and marketing a plus

Education/Work Experience: Experience working in an administrative role for C-suite or management in a professional services firm.

Compensation: The final candidate will receive a compensation package commensurate with experience.

**Note: This is not an entry level office position -- you must have prior experience in a professional office.
