Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a physician to interpret PET/CT and general nuclear medicine studies. The role involves collaboration with oncology and cardiology teams, as well as participation in diagnostic radiology coverage and multidisciplinary conferences.

The ideal candidate is MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, with fellowship training or substantial experience in Nuclear Radiology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in radiology or nuclear medicine.
• Experience interpreting PET/CT, SPECT and nuclear medicine studies is required.
• Strong collaboration with oncology, cardiology and other teams.

Position Highlights

Compensation

Competitive compensation. Comprehensive benefits including but not limited to generous PTO time, CME stipend and malpractice coverage. Practice in a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system with strong community roots. In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $560,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
