Job summary

Virtua Medical Group in New Jersey seeks a physician (MD/DO) board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine to interpret PET/CT, SPECT and related studies, with fellowship in Nuclear Radiology preferred.

You will collaborate with oncology, cardiology and multidisciplinary teams, participate in conferences, and support clinical decision-making while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Nuclear Radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret nuclear medicine and PET imaging studies.
• Participate in diagnostic radiology coverage as appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to support clinical decision-making.

Position Highlights

Virtua offers Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits including but not limited to generous PTO time, CME stipend and malpractice coverage Practice in a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system with strong community roots Compensation Transparency In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $560,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
