Job summary

The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange across the respiratory virus disease space. This field-based role will build relationships with investigators and site staff, support enrollment initiatives, and relay study insights to internal teams while adhering to corporate policies.

The MSL will conduct outreach, present study information, and collaborate with R&D and Medical Affairs to interpret data and facilitate trials.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in life/health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalent).
3–6 years of MSL experience preferred, with clinical trial focus.
Ability to communicate scientific information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record of effective presentations to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage clinical investigators, site staff, and referring physicians to build relationships and support enrollment initiatives.
Engage RSV TLs and Centers of Excellence; travel as needed for field activities.
Dedicate significant field time while handling administrative tasks; travel overnight as required.
Prepare and present study information to investigators to generate interest and understanding of protocols.
Report enrollment challenges and collaborate on solutions with study teams.
