Job summary

The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) seeks a Medical Science Liaison to build relationships with clinical investigators and site staff from a home-based office in the United States. The MSL will support the Global Medical Affairs team and engage in scientific exchange to raise awareness of research efforts and enrollments.

The role requires 3–6 years of MSL experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in life/health sciences required.
• 3–6 years MSL experience; clinical trial focus preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to regional sites.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage clinical investigators and site staff to develop relationships.
• Present study information to investigators to generate interest.
• Educate sites on disease state, study design, and enrollment needs.
• Report adverse events and ensure compliance with policies.
• Travel within assigned territory as required.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs and R&D teams.
