You will draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda, conduct research, and represent clients in court, collaborating with fellow attorneys to develop case strategies and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Bar admission required
• Maryland or DC Bar admission preferred
• 0-3 years of litigation experience, or relevant clerkship/internship
• Proficiency in conducting thorough and accurate Research
• Strong Negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time managment abilities
• Experience working in both hybrid (office/remote) and collaborative team environments is beneficial
