Job summary

PepperPointe Partnerships is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Area Manager for our Virginia dental practice locations. This full-time role is based in Virginia with daily travel within the state and a focus on improving operational efficiency and profitability across multiple offices.

You will lead practice teams, collaborate with dentists, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance patient care and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental business operations management required (3-5 years).
• Must be able to travel daily within Virginia to offices.
• Proficiency with Windows/MacOS and dental practice software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support an assigned territory of dental practices.
• Ensure adherence to key performance objectives and budgets.
• Monitor P&L and Accounts Receivable; close gaps vs. projections.
• Directly support dentists and teams to grow and develop.
• Coordinate weekly in-practice visits with managers, doctors, and staff.
• Create and implement strategies to address inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Report ongoing issues and new opportunities to senior management.
