Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Virginia to join our telehealth team. This contract position offers flexible scheduling and no administrative overhead, enabling you to focus on patient care from your home.

You will conduct PDEs and E/M sessions via our platform, submit documentation, and coordinate with the psychiatry team to provide quality mental health services.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia.
• Active DEA and NPI numbers.
• CAQH application completed.
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable internet connection and liability insurance of at least $1M occurrence / $3M aggregate.

Responsabilités

**This is a contract position**

What you'll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Virginia state
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connectionIndependent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
