Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Kentucky to join our telehealth team. You’ll treat patients in your state, conduct PDEs and E/M visits, and use our platform for video sessions, documentation, and treatment planning.

Enjoy flexible, home-based practice with no billing or marketing overhead, a collaborative psychiatry team, and HIPAA-compliant security. Must hold PMHNP license, DEA, NPI, CAQH, and professional liability insurance.

• Active DEA and individual NPI
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate

This is a contract position

What you'll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Kentucky state
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
