• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or Biological Science required.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing and quality control testing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Performs cell culture, media preparation, cryopreservation, and viral vector production under cGMP.
• Assists in process optimization, scale-up, and validation to improve yield and reproducibility.
• Maintains equipment and analytical instruments, conducts routine calibration and maintenance.
• Performs analytical testing for product release and supports CAPA and change control processes.
• Trains operators and team members on procedures and helps ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
